These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://doodlehive.com/ (the “Site”), operated by DoodleHive (“DoodleHive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are under the age of 18, we encourage you to review these Terms together with a parent, guardian, or teacher, and to use the Site under their guidance.

1. Description of the Site

DoodleHive provides free printable coloring pages, alphabet and number activities, and related craft and educational content for download and personal or classroom use. No account, registration, or payment is required to access the Site’s content.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including coloring page designs, illustrations, logos, text, and layout — is owned by DoodleHive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may download and print coloring pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, or for non-commercial classroom, homeschool, or educational use (for example, printing pages for your students). You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our coloring pages or other Site content, whether modified or unmodified, in physical or digital form;
  • Use our content to create a competing product or service, including other coloring-page websites, apps, or printed compilations offered for sale;
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from downloaded content; or
  • Use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.

DoodleHive may participate in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. This means that if you click certain links on the Site and make a purchase, DoodleHive may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Any such affiliate relationship does not affect the price you pay and does not constitute an endorsement beyond our genuine recommendation of the linked product.

5. Advertising

DoodleHive does not currently display any third-party advertisements on the Site. If we begin displaying advertising in the future — for example, through Google AdSense or a similar advertising network — we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy to describe how such advertising operates, including any relevant cookie use and available opt-out choices. At that time, we will not control the specific content of any third-party advertisements, and the appearance of an advertisement on the Site will not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service.

6. No Warranty

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any coloring page or content will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DoodleHive and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Site is offered free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for most visitors, will be zero).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoodleHive and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Children and Parental Guidance

The Site is intended for a mixed audience, including children using the Site with the involvement or permission of a parent or teacher. We rely on parents, guardians, and teachers to supervise children’s use of the internet generally, including use of this Site.

We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over DoodleHive’s place of operation in India, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
